Bilic has just said that it won't be easy, but there's no reason we can't win again. He takes most hope from how Stoke and Sunderland made it hard for them.
The only question for me is whether the hand-brake will be on or off. The parked bus sounds nailed on.

Byram Ginge Ogbonna Masuaku
Noble Obiang Kouyate
Antonio Browne
Fletcher
Randolph Reid Oxford Diagana Calleri Tore Valencia
Browne in because he will give it more of a go than Tore or Enner. Playing them after last night sends out the wrong message. Play the kid who is fearless
Lanzini or Payet to start instead if either are fit, but Slav;s presser this morn didnt sound too encouraging

Is Zaza actually fit enough to start Sunday!

In the absence of Payet and Lanzini, I'd go with:
Adrian Byram Reid Ogbonna Masuaku Antonio Noble Koyate Browne Callieri Fletcher

Re: Team v Man City

Agree with Dagenham apart from Callieri, we must have a kid who can do a better job than him?
Critical that we do not play either Payet or Lanzini if they are not fully fit. Better to lose than add to our woeful injury list.

Wallop. Don't reckon he'll risk 2 players back from injury in the starting line-up. If we play 2 up front as others have suggested we'll get mullered in midfield.

Re: Team v Man City

Too early to exile either Tore or Calleri to the outer darkness.
I'm not arguing they should be given as much time as Valencia has been, but they've really had fuck all time to prove themselves.
Perhaps they can start on the bench, with a view to bringing them on if we're less than stellar without them.

Re: Team v Man City

I definitely agree with GPH, but if either Payet or Lanzini can start, they have to displace Tore. He was chasing shadows against chelsea. Looked a lot more comfortable against Bournemouth, but I'd rather not see how he fares against city's midfielders this go round.

Massive long shot but if anyone has an adult and kit return from Euston they're not using, give me a shout!

Can we finally see bloody Payet please? I'd play Fletcher up front. We will need someone enthusiastic to chase some lost causes and work hard.
